What we collect

When you contact Humanoi, we collect the name, email address, state or territory, interest category and message you submit, together with any optional update preference. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Why we collect it

We use your details to manage your enquiry and respond. If you separately choose to receive future updates, we may contact you about Humanoi and future Australian availability. You can withdraw that preference through our contact form.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored on our server outside the public website directory, with restricted access. Technical server and Cloudflare logs may include IP addresses, request details and security events. Form abuse controls use a temporary hashed identifier rather than storing an IP address with your enquiry. We aim to retain enquiries only while needed to handle the enquiry or a consented ongoing relationship.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides DNS, encrypted site delivery and security services. Its processing may involve infrastructure outside Australia. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not sell enquiry details or share them with robot manufacturers for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

The contact form uses a necessary session cookie to help protect submissions. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Cloudflare may use necessary security mechanisms.

Your choices

To request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of updates or to raise a privacy concern, use the contact form and select “Privacy or existing enquiry”. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Manufacturer links take you to independently operated websites with their own privacy practices. No enquiry details are sent to them by our website.
